1 Services Offered

TechBustor Academy provides:

• Online and/or offline educational courses
• Learning Management System (LMS) access
• Study materials, recorded sessions, and assignments
• Certifications upon course completion

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion.

2 Eligibility

• Users must be at least 13 years of age
• Minors must use services under parental/guardian supervision
• Users must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration

3 User Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited
• Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse.

4 Fees & Payment Terms

• All course fees must be paid in full or as per agreed installment plan
• Payment once made is considered final
• Access to course/services may be restricted in case of non-payment

We use secure third-party payment gateways for processing transactions.

5 Refund Policy

All fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

• Once enrolled, no refund will be issued under any circumstances
• Users are advised to review course details before payment

However, TechBustor reserves the right to allow exceptions at its sole discretion, and such decisions shall be final.

6 Course Access & Validity

• Course access duration will be defined at the time of enrollment
• Access may expire after the specified period
• Renewal or extension may be subject to additional fees

7 Student Responsibilities

Users agree:

• Not to misuse the platform or disrupt services
• Not to engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful behavior
• Not to upload malicious content or viruses

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content including:

• Videos
• Study materials
• Notes
• Website content

are the exclusive property of TechBustor Academy. Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing content
• Sharing course materials publicly
• Reselling or redistributing content

Legal action may be taken in case of violation.

9 Certification Policy

• Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course
• Completion criteria (attendance, assignments, tests) will be defined by the Company
• No certificate will be issued in case of incomplete course

10 Placement & Career Disclaimer

TechBustor Academy may provide:

• Career guidance
• Internship or placement assistance

However:

• We do not guarantee job placement
• Outcomes depend on individual performance and market conditions

11 Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access:

• In case of violation of terms
• In case of non-payment
• In case of misconduct

No refund will be provided in such cases.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under law:

• TechBustor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control
• Users access services at their own risk

13 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechBustor Academy from:

• Any claims arising due to misuse of services
• Violation of these Terms
• Legal disputes caused by user actions
